The consultation fee is €100 including VAT.
If I take on your case and am able to assist you, this amount will be deducted from the total fees.
Lawyer fees in France are freely determined, and may be established either as a flat fee or on the basis of an hourly rate. They vary depending on the complexity of the case, the time required for its handling, and procedural deadlines.
The financial terms will be defined during our first meeting. Any opening of a case will require the signing of a fee agreement.
